Refund Policy

At Anamira, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Refunds or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged defective or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order along with clear images of the issue.

Items must be unused unwashed and in original condition with tags intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that sale items and discounted products are non-refundable unless damaged.

Once your request is approved the refund will be processed according to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
